What Does That Do?

When it comes to hair growth, vitamins (as I've said before) are a must. Vitamins not only help speed up growth, but vitamins like MSM can actually increase your growth phase and minimize your hair's shedding phase. So, by popular demand, here's a list of vitamins and what they do:
  • Biotin: thickens hair
  • Copper: lengthens your hair color's life
  • Iron: helps hair from shedding
  • Vitamin A: an antioxidant that helps produce sebum and helps keep moisture in your hair
  • Vitamin B3: improves blood circulation
  • Vitamin B5: produces hair growth and prevents hair loss
  • MSM: extends the hair's growth phase and is said to change the texture
