Hair Help 10/28

While going through the blogs of members on The Coarse Hair Diaries, I found a great blog post by kelly. Her blogs are absolutely informative and very helpful. The blog post discussed the top ten healthy snacks you can eat to help your hair.

"Like I said in my last blog post what we put inside our bodies to nourish the papilla is just as important as what we put on top of our hair to keep it healthy and strong, so when you want to reach for a snack instead of the potato chips here are some snacks that are not only healthy for the body but are healthy for the growth of our hair."

01. Almonds
02. Walnuts
03. Sunflower seeds.
04. Figs
05. Apricots
06. Bananas
07. Raspberries or strawberries
08. Oranges
09. Raisins
10. Prunes
11. Skim milk, or 4 oz. frozen or regular low fat yogurt
12. Whole grain cereal or whole grain snack bar
