Nicole: Help! I need a formal style

Hey Leila, I have somewhat of a dilemma and you may be the best person to ask. I have a work black tie event to go to in about a week (small talk, 3-course-5-different-forks-dinner, celeb-type schmoozing etc.), and I'm not sure what to do with my hair. I have thick tight nappy/corkscrew curls (about 7-8 inches stretched) and usually wear it either in a curly fro or a curly frohawk type deal. I
