Five Tips To Grow Your Nape

The nape area is probably the most hardest to grow when it comes to growing healthier hair. The hair is finer than the rest of the hair, which means it's more susceptible to damage. Overprocessing, tight ponytails, tight scarves, "chemical run" from relaxers, and neutralizing improperly are the most common causes for nape damage.

01. Relax the nape every other relaxer OR every 4-6 months for better growth
02. Massage daily with Aloe vera juice (Aloe vera is said to heal damaged follicles)
03. Braid the area in horizontal braid weekly or every other week
04. Moisturize and seal nape separately every day
05. Make sure use an oil or petroleum/-latum on that area when relaxing

I honestly do hope this helps and feel free to post a comment if you have any questions about the nape area. By the way, Kinky-Curly has a great product called Transitioners Tonic with Aloe vera, MSM, and other helpful things to help repair damaged follicles which is primarily the reason for slower growth.
